  • Unit establishment in 2004 and started trading
  • Ventured into Electronics Manufacturing Service(EMS) business in 2012.
  • Current Production Facilities:
  • Dedicated line for SMT (Surface mounting technology). Our fully automatic line consists of Paste mixer, Stencil Checker, Loader, Automatic Printers, High speed Pick and Place machine, Reflow oven, in-line AOI machine, and unloader. In addition, we have printer, pick and place machines of various speed and size to match customer requirements.
  • Dedicated line for through hole assembly.
  • Our Manual insertion assembly line is conveyorized with Wave soldering for ROHS & Non ROHS types and consist of Testing facility, Inspection facility, ultrasonic cleaning facility, ESD base flooring.
  • Shift working: First, Second and Third.
  • Work Area: 5000 Sq.ft. setup for manual assembly work and another 5000 Sq.ft. built up area for fully automatic and semi-automatic SMT lines.
  • Manpower availability 80 nos.
  • An ISO 9001:2015 certified Company (by TUV Nord)
  • IATF stage 2 Audit completed. Certificate awaited
